Had low expectations from it being in a strip mall but was more than pleasantly surprised. Went with some locals who swore by the place, the staff was very welcoming and the building was very clean. Expect the cook to be having a good time singing along to the radio. The portions were more than generous (the pancakes are bigger than your head) and the price point was great.
My first time here. Loved it. I had a Philly cheese steak omelette ???? It was really good. Most important for me are the people. They in my mind make any business and in this case they were awesome. Thank you!
Love coming here to eat. The atmosphere is very friendly, the waitresses are terrific and social. The food is Awesome. My favorite meal is Liver and onions with mashed potatoes and a bowl of coleslaw and dinner roll. Hard to find a cafe like this, it's a 5 Star for sure.

We went for lunch today after getting a recommendation from someone else. Do it! I love a good local spot. The food was fantastic comfort food and the service was wonderful! I wish I would have caught our server's name. I appreciated how personable she was, even with the kids. I do remember she had animal print Crocs if that helps management to recognize her ???? We will probably be coming back before my visiting family leaves town. Thanks for a great experience!
Five of us were in town to visit our mother in the hospital. Our waitress was the best! Joking and poking fun was just what we needed! Food was excellent and fast even though the place was full. Will definitely eat there when in Florence again!
Florence Cafe was superb. Brightly lit, clean dining area and rest rooms, amazing customer service. The 2 gals that were serving made sure our coffee cups were never empty. Our food was cooked as we ordered and presented in a timely and attractive manner. Food was hot. Local people were friendly. Brought the family in for breakfast and was beyond amazed. The food was delicious, came out fast and hot. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Will be the go to breakfast spot from now on.
